A pre-booking can be obtained via e-mail or WhatsApp.
Only after sending the completed form and deposit (not refundable), you will receive an e-mail confirming your reservation.
A valid booking confirmation can only be obtained by e-mail.
WhatsApp messages are not considered valid
Reservations made well in advance require a deposit of 50% of the total amount.
The rest is due one week prior the check in day
Reservations made at the last minute require full payment of the agreed amount if within a week of the start of boarding/daycare.
Same day drop off will not be accepted without a written agreement (form). Any dog left without an agreement will be treated as Abandonment of Animal which is under The Animal Welfare Act 2006 and dealt accordingly.
Pet microchip scanner available to verify ownership of the dog.
